The creative shoe maker Stuart Weitzman tops the most expensive shoe holder title due to the rusty color, open-toed heels embelished with stunning gemstones such as rubbies, sapphires and diamonds centered in the ruffle. Inspiration came from move legend Rita Hayworth's pair of earrings. The precious shoes belongs to the feet of Princess Yasmin Aga Khan, daughter of late Rita.
Kathleen "Bird" York, musician and Oscar-nominee was lucky enough to wear the creation during 2006 Academy Awards.
